By purchasing, you agree to these Terms. 2. Prerequisites for Use: The User is solely responsible for ensuring that their device is eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked (SIM-free) before purchasing. The Company shall not be liable for failure to use the Service due to device incompatibility. No refunds will be issued. 3. Formation of Contract & Voucher Usage: Online purchase contract is formed when payment is completed. Voucher purchase usage contract is initiated when the QR code is scanned and profile is generated. Vouchers must be kept secure. 4. Service Quality & Coverage: Provided on a "best-effort" basis. Coverage and speed depend on the local carrier's conditions. Fair Usage Policy (FUP) applies to excessive data consumption. 5. Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the goods, NO REFUNDS are accepted once the eSIM QR code is displayed, sent, or scanned. Refunds will only be issued if it is verified that the profile cannot be generated due to our technical failure. 6. Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. 7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: Governed by the laws of Japan. Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction. 8. Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed through approved third-party payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal). By purchasing, you are deemed to have agreed to the processing terms of each payment gateway.
